Chef, bread, paring, santoku, cleavers, utility, tomato, and serrated blades. Japanese and German specialty edges, blade restoration, honing and stropping. Starting at $6.95 per knife and done while you wait.

A dull knife is dangerous and frustrating. We assess each blade individually, grind the bevel back to the correct angle for how the knife is used, then hone and strop the edge. Nicked, rusted, and neglected blades come back too.
