Chef, bread, paring, santoku, cleavers, utility, tomato, and serrated blades. Japanese and German specialty knives too. We also restore damaged or neglected blades and hone and strop for edge maintenance, with commercial kitchen service for restaurants and catering. Starting at $6.95 per knife, done while you wait.
